【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合喹諾酮類抗菌藥物治療慢性前列腺炎的療效與安全性,以為臨床提供循證參考。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med、EMBase、Cochrane圖書館、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文摘數(shù)據(jù)庫、相關(guān)期刊論文、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合喹諾酮類抗菌藥物(試驗(yàn)組)對(duì)比單用喹諾酮類抗菌藥物(對(duì)照組)治療慢性前列腺炎的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(RCT),對(duì)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的臨床研究進(jìn)行資料提取,并采用改良后的Jadad量表進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),采用Rev Man 5.3統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入16項(xiàng)RCT,合計(jì)2 368例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,試驗(yàn)組患者的總有效率[RR=1.56,95%CI(1.29,1.88),P0.001]、美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院慢性前列腺炎癥狀指數(shù)評(píng)分[MD=-6.97,95%CI(-8.67,-5.26),P0.001]、疼痛癥狀評(píng)分[MD=-3.18,95%CI(-3.92,-2.44),P0.001]、排尿障礙評(píng)分[MD=-1.62,95%CI(-1.85,-1.38),P0.001]、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分[MD=-2.16,95%CI(-2.89,-1.43),P0.001]、前列腺液白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)[MD=-8.90,95%CI(-11.79,-6.02),P0.001]和復(fù)發(fā)率[RR=0.22,95%CI(0.12,0.42),P0.001]均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[RR=0.49,95%CI(0.11,2.13),P=0.34]。結(jié)論:前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合喹諾酮類抗菌藥物治療慢性前列腺炎的療效優(yōu)于單用喹諾酮類抗菌藥物,安全性相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with quinolones in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: a computerized search was conducted for the Pub Medsite EMBase Cochrane Library, the Chinese Biomedical Abstract Database, the full text Database of Chinese Journals, the Chinese Sci-tech Journals Database and the Wanfang Database. To collect Qianlieshutong capsule combined with quinolones antibiotics (test group) as compared with the control group treated with quinolones antibiotics (control group) in a randomized controlled trial (RCTT) for chronic prostatitis, and to extract the data of clinical studies that met the inclusion criteria. The improved Jadad scale was used to evaluate the quality and the Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.
