【摘要】：前列腺癌是一種激素相關(guān)的惡性腫瘤,其與肥胖在流行病學(xué)及分子機(jī)制方面的關(guān)系密切。脂聯(lián)素是脂肪細(xì)胞合成分泌的一種脂肪細(xì)胞因子,以?xún)?nèi)分泌的形式作用于全身各個(gè)器官,有抗炎、胰島素增敏、抗增殖和促進(jìn)凋亡等作用。肥胖可造成脂聯(lián)素水平的降低,而脂聯(lián)素作用的下降與多種腫瘤的發(fā)生有密切聯(lián)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)前腺癌患者血清脂聯(lián)素水平下降,前列腺癌組織中脂聯(lián)素受體下調(diào),提示脂聯(lián)素及其受體的功能缺陷可能與前列腺癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān)。該文主要對(duì)脂聯(lián)素和脂聯(lián)素受體的功能、信號(hào)通路及其在前列腺癌診斷、治療和預(yù)后中的作用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Prostate cancer is a hormone-related malignant tumor, which is closely related to the epidemiology and molecular mechanism of obesity. Adiponectin is a kind of adipocyte factor which is synthesized and secreted by adipocytes. Adiponectin acts on all organs of the whole body in the form of endocrine. It has the functions of anti-inflammation, insulin sensitization, anti-proliferation and promoting apoptosis. Adiponectin level is reduced by obesity, and the decrease of adiponectin action is closely related to the occurrence of many kinds of tumors. It was found that serum adiponectin level decreased and adiponectin receptor down-regulated in prostate cancer tissues, suggesting that the functional deficiency of adiponectin and adiponectin receptor may be related to the occurrence and development of prostate cancer. This article reviews the function, signaling pathway and role of adiponectin and adiponectin receptor in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of prostate cancer.
