【摘要】：目的:觀察一次性包皮環(huán)切縫合器系帶識(shí)別定位法手術(shù)防止術(shù)后系帶錯(cuò)位的療效。方法:回顧性分析2015年3月至2016年9月212例一次性包皮環(huán)切縫合器手術(shù)患者的臨床資料,其中行系帶識(shí)別定位法手術(shù)(觀察組)103例,常規(guī)手術(shù)(對(duì)照組)109例。觀察兩組術(shù)后系帶和陰莖縫的位置,計(jì)算系帶偏離角度,并比較分析兩組系帶偏離角度數(shù)值。結(jié)果:觀察組系帶偏離角度中位數(shù)(四分位數(shù)間距)為0(3.56),對(duì)照組系帶偏離角度的中位數(shù)(四分位數(shù)間距)為12.41(19.59),觀察組系帶偏離角度明顯小于對(duì)照組(P0.001,P=0.000)。觀察組系帶偏離率為8.74%(9/103),對(duì)照組系帶偏離率為66.06%(72/109),觀察組系帶偏離率明顯小于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:一次性包皮環(huán)切縫合器系帶識(shí)別定位法手術(shù)能有效防止術(shù)后系帶錯(cuò)位,且操作簡(jiǎn)單,有臨床推廣應(yīng)用的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of one-time circumcision suture for the prevention of misalignment. Methods: the clinical data of 212 cases of one-off circumcision of prepuce suture from March 2015 to September 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, including 103 cases in the observation group and 109 cases in the control group. The position of the lacunae and the penile suture were observed and the deviation angle of the lacunae was calculated and compared between the two groups. Results: the median deviation angle (quartile spacing) of the observation group was 0 ~ 3.56 and that of the control group was 12.41 ~ 19.590.The deviation angle of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The deviation rate of the observation group was 8.74 / 10 ~ (-3) and that of the control group was 66.06 / 72 / 109. The deviation rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: the single prepuce ring suture device can effectively prevent the dislocation of the band and has the value of clinical application.
