外周致密纖維2與精子功能關(guān)系的研究進展

【摘要】:弱精子癥、畸形精子癥是導致男性不育的主要原因,而精子尾部結(jié)構(gòu)的異常和功能的缺失會導致精子活力低下。外周致密纖維2(ODF2)是哺乳動物精子尾部的組成部分,是維持細胞結(jié)構(gòu)的骨架蛋白,因此,該纖維蛋白的異常與精子功能異常密切相關(guān)。研究顯示,ODF2有許多同名蛋白和同源剪切體,出現(xiàn)在如精子中心體、卵裂胚的紡錘體等部位,也是動物纖毛發(fā)生所必需的;同時,ODF2也是微管相關(guān)蛋白,與精子獲能有關(guān),說明其并非單一的結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白。本文對ODF2蛋白已知的多種功能進行了描述,為進一步系統(tǒng)研究ODF2與精子功能及受精的相關(guān)性奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Oligozoospermia and malformation are the main causes of male infertility, and the abnormality of sperm tail structure and the absence of function will lead to low sperm motility. The peripheral dense fiber 2G ODF2 is a part of mammalian sperm tail and a skeleton protein to maintain the cellular structure. Therefore, the abnormality of the fibrin is closely related to the abnormal sperm function. Studies have shown that there are many homonymy proteins and homologous shearing bodies, such as sperm centrosome and spindles of cleavage embryos, which are also necessary for the development of ciliates in animals, and that ODF2 is also a microtubule-associated protein related to sperm capacitation. It shows that it is not a single structural protein. In this paper, the known functions of ODF2 protein were described, which laid a foundation for further systematic study of the relationship between ODF2 and sperm function and fertilization.
