【摘要】：正創(chuàng)傷性睪丸脫位是指外界鈍性暴力直接或間接作用于陰囊或會陰部導致睪丸移位至周圍組織當中,常見于11~30歲男性,這種病例罕見,在臨床中容易被忽略,造成漏診或者誤診。本院于2014年2月收治創(chuàng)傷性右側睪丸脫位合并腹股溝斜疝1例,現(xiàn)報道如下。1臨床資料患者,男,27歲,外傷后發(fā)現(xiàn)右側陰囊空虛19年,據(jù)患者回憶受傷之前兩側陰囊內(nèi)均可觸及睪丸�；颊�8歲時在玩耍
[Abstract]:Traumatic testicular dislocation refers to the direct or indirect effect of blunt external violence on the scrotum or perineum leading to testicular displacement to the surrounding tissues, commonly seen in 1130 years old men. Cause missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis. A case of traumatic right testicular dislocation with indirect inguinal hernia was treated in our hospital in February 2014. According to the patient recall that the scrotum on both sides of the scrotum can be touched before the injury. The patient was playing at the age of eight
