【摘要】：目的：1、了解慢性前列腺炎患者的性功能狀況以及精神狀況。2、了解曲唑酮對(duì)慢性前列腺炎患者性功能障礙和精神障礙的治療效果。 方法：對(duì)219例伴有性功能障礙的慢性前列腺炎患者口服鹽酸曲唑酮（50mg，每晚一次，療程為4周），分別于治療前和治療后1周、2周、3周、4周對(duì)患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查（IIEF、CIPE、SAS、SDS量表）評(píng)價(jià)療效。 結(jié)果：慢性前列腺炎患者不但存在性功能障礙還伴有不同程度的精神癥狀，其中焦慮患者占28.31%，抑郁患者占25.77%。經(jīng)4周曲唑酮治療后，性功能障礙患者的有效率為74.19%，早泄患者有效率為77.38%。而且曲唑酮在治療患者性功能障礙的同時(shí)還能有效緩解患者的精神癥狀，焦慮患者的有效治療率為80.65%，抑郁患者的有效治療率為80.36%。 結(jié)論：對(duì)于慢性前列腺炎患者，，曲唑酮不僅能治療患者的性功能障礙，還能同時(shí)改善患者的精神癥狀。而且無(wú)明顯毒副作用，安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the sexual function and mental status of chronic prostatitis patients, and to understand the therapeutic effect of trazodone on sexual dysfunction and mental disorder in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods: 219 patients with chronic prostatitis with sexual dysfunction were treated with oral trazodone hydrochloride 50 mg once a night for 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by questionnaire survey before and after 1 week and 1 week and 3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. Results: chronic prostatitis patients not only had sexual dysfunction but also had different degree of mental symptoms. Anxiety patients accounted for 28.31 and depression patients 25.77g. After 4 weeks of trazodone treatment, the effective rate was 74.19 in patients with sexual dysfunction and 77.38 in patients with premature ejaculation. In addition, trazodone can effectively relieve the mental symptoms of patients with sexual dysfunction, the effective treatment rate of anxiety patients is 80.65 and the effective treatment rate of depression patients is 80.36. Conclusion: for chronic prostatitis patients, trazodone can not only treat sexual dysfunction, but also improve mental symptoms. And no obvious side effects, safe and reliable.
