【摘要】：目的探討銅絲穿刺療法治療陰莖血管瘤的臨床療效。方法回顧性分析2008年6月~2016年6月采用銅絲穿刺技術(shù)治療10例(12~32歲)陰莖血管瘤患者的治療過程。病變位于陰莖頭部4例,陰莖體部6例。所有患者均采用銅絲穿刺療法。對(duì)術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況等進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果所有患者均手術(shù)成功,術(shù)后隨訪1~5年無(wú)明顯并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)。所有患者對(duì)手術(shù)后的美容效果較滿意。其中1例病變體積較大者,2個(gè)月后復(fù)發(fā)行二次手術(shù)。結(jié)論銅絲穿刺技術(shù)治療陰莖血管瘤操作簡(jiǎn)單,安全可靠,是治療陰莖血管瘤的一種有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of copper wire puncture therapy on penile hemangioma.Methods from June 2008 to June 2016, 10 cases of penile hemangioma were treated with copper wire puncture.The lesions were located in the head of the penis in 4 cases and in the body of the penis in 6 cases.All patients were treated with copper wire puncture.The recovery after operation was analyzed.Results all the patients were successfully operated, and there were no obvious complications after 1 ~ 5 years follow-up.All the patients were satisfied with the cosmetic effect after operation.One patient with larger volume underwent secondary surgery after 2 months of recurrence.Conclusion Copper wire puncture is an effective method for the treatment of penile hemangioma.
