【摘要】：單純性腎囊腫是最常見(jiàn)的腎囊性疾病。越來(lái)越多的證據(jù)表明,單純性腎囊腫與高血壓密切相關(guān),但腎囊腫的大小、位置、數(shù)量等與高血壓的關(guān)系尚不明確,且二者之間的機(jī)制尚不完全清楚。本文就二者之間的相關(guān)性、可能機(jī)制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)綜述,以明確單純性腎囊腫能否作為高血壓的獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)及臨床干預(yù)靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Simple renal cyst is the most common renal cystic disease.More and more evidence shows that simple renal cyst is closely related to hypertension, but the relationship between the size, location and quantity of renal cyst and hypertension is not clear, and the mechanism between the two is not completely clear.In order to determine whether simple renal cyst can be used as an independent predictor of hypertension and clinical intervention target, this article reviews the correlation and possible mechanism between them.
