【摘要】：正1資料和方法患者,男,17歲,因"陰莖包塊4年,增大6個(gè)月"于2014年3月17日來(lái)我院就診。患者8年前于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行"包皮環(huán)切術(shù)",4年前出現(xiàn)冠狀溝環(huán)形包塊,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,未行任何治療并建議觀察。近6個(gè)月來(lái)包塊逐漸增大,遂來(lái)我院就診。病程中患者未覺(jué)明顯疼痛、瘙癢及尿路刺激癥狀,無(wú)冶游及性病史。體格檢查:一般情況好,各系統(tǒng)未見(jiàn)異常。專(zhuān)科檢查:包皮沿冠狀溝可見(jiàn)環(huán)形腫塊,大小約
[Abstract]:Data and methods the patient, male, 17 years old, came to our hospital on March 17, 2014 because of "penis mass 4 years, enlarged 6 months".The patient underwent circumcision 8 years ago in a local hospital, and a coronal ring-shaped mass appeared 4 years ago. The patient was admitted to the local hospital without any treatment and suggested observation.In the past 6 months, the mass gradually increased, and then came to our hospital.There was no obvious pain, itching and urinary irritation in the course of the disease.Physical examination: generally good, no abnormal system.Specialist examination: circumferential mass is seen along the coronal sulcus, about the size of the foreskin.
