【摘要】：正遺傳學(xué)異常是臨床上導(dǎo)致男性不育的重要因素。隨著生殖醫(yī)學(xué)及男科學(xué)專業(yè)的發(fā)展,很多既往認(rèn)為只能供精輔助生育的患者,如Klinefelter綜合征等,有可能通過(guò)睪丸顯微取精術(shù)行輔助生殖技術(shù)(ART)助孕,這對(duì)臨床傳統(tǒng)治療思路提出了挑戰(zhàn);另外,新的檢測(cè)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,為臨床疾病病因診斷提供了強(qiáng)有力的手段,但目前臨床上存在著男性生殖遺傳學(xué)檢查適應(yīng)證不明確、方法良莠不齊、結(jié)果解讀及處理不規(guī)范等問(wèn)題,為規(guī)范男性生殖遺傳學(xué)檢
[Abstract]:Positive genetic abnormality is an important factor leading to male infertility.With the development of reproductive medicine and andrology, many patients, such as Klinefelter syndrome, who used to think that they can only supply spermatozoa, may use testicular microscopical sperm extraction to help pregnancy.In addition, the new detection technology has developed rapidly, which provides a powerful means for the etiological diagnosis of clinical diseases. However, the indication of male reproductive genetics examination is not clear in clinic at present.Methods good and bad were mixed, the results were interpreted and dealt with the problem of nonstandard, so as to standardize the male reproductive genetics examination.
