【摘要】：目的探討Notch4在腎細胞癌和癌旁組織中的表達及其與臨床參數(shù)和微血管密度(MVD)的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)二步法檢測60例腎細胞癌和對應(yīng)的60例癌旁組織中Notch4的表達,同時進行CD34染色計數(shù)觀察腎癌組織中的MVD情況。統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析Notch4表達與腎癌患者臨床病理學(xué)參數(shù)的相關(guān)性,以及Notch4表達與預(yù)后和MVD的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 Notch4在癌旁組織中的表達率為75%(45/60),腎細胞癌中陽性表達率為43.3%(26/60),差別有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。Notch4陽性表達與腫瘤分級和有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)(P0.05)。在腎細胞癌中Notch4陽性表達的患者生存時間明顯長于陰性表達的患者(P0.05)。Notch4陽性表達組織中MVD顯著少于陰性表達組織(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Notch4蛋白參與了腎細胞癌發(fā)展過程,其表達機制可能為抑制腫瘤的惡性程度和血管的形成從而抑制腫瘤生長。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Notch4 in renal cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues and its relationship with clinical parameters and microvessel density (MVD). Methods the expression of Notch4 in 60 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 60 cases of paracancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. At the same time, CD34 staining was performed to observe the MVD in renal cell carcinoma. The correlation between Notch4 expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed statistically. Results the positive expression rate of Notch4 in paracancerous tissues was 75 / 45 / 60 and that in renal cell carcinoma was 43.33 / 26 / 60. The difference was statistically significant. Notch4 positive expression was correlated with tumor grade and lymph node metastasis. The survival time of patients with positive expression of Notch4 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly longer than that in patients with negative expression of P0.05. Notch4 was significantly lower than that of P0.05in negative expression. Conclusion Notch4 protein may play an important role in the development of renal cell carcinoma. The mechanism of its expression may be to inhibit tumor growth by inhibiting tumor malignancy and angiogenesis.
