【摘要】：正目前,PTGES2在膿毒癥中的作用尚不清楚。本研究首次發(fā)現(xiàn)在LPS刺激后C57BL/6小鼠腎組織中PTGES2的表達(dá)較正常對(duì)照組明顯增高。采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),PTGES2主要定位于近曲小管上皮細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞漿中,在腎小球和腎髓質(zhì)未見(jiàn)明顯表達(dá)。為了探討PTGES2與自噬的關(guān)系,本研究對(duì)LPS刺激時(shí)小鼠腎組織中自噬接頭蛋白p62的表達(dá)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)在LPS刺激后C57BL/6小鼠腎組織中p62的表達(dá)較正常對(duì)照組明顯降低,與PTGES2的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;采用免
[Abstract]:At present, the role of PTGES2 in sepsis is not clear. This study first found that the expression of PTGES2 in renal tissue of C57BL/6 mice after LPS stimulation was significantly higher than that of normal control group. The main localization of PTGES2 was detected by immunohistochemical method. In the cytoplasm of the epithelial cells of the proximal convoluted tubules, In order to investigate the relationship between PTGES2 and autophagy, the expression of autophagy junction protein p62 in renal tissue of mice stimulated by LPS was detected. The results showed that the expression of p62 in renal tissue of C57BL/6 mice after LPS stimulation was significantly lower than that of normal control group, and negatively correlated with the expression of PTGES2.
