【摘要】：黑種草(Nigella),屬毛茛科,為一年生草本植物,原產(chǎn)于地中海地區(qū)和北非,我國新疆、西藏和云南也有種植。作為藥用的黑種草主要有3種,分別是瘤果黑種草(Nigella glandulifera)、果黑種草(Nigella sativa)和黑種草(Nigella damascena)。黑種草的種子(以下簡稱"黑種草子")含有多種成分,包括生物堿、皂苷、不飽和脂肪酸、揮發(fā)油等,具有抗氧化、抗炎等藥理作用。黑種草子很早就被用于多種疾病的治療,如哮喘、頭痛、糖尿病等。近幾年發(fā)現(xiàn)黑種草子油通過減少藥物蓄積、抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡和抗纖維化對藥物性腎損害也有改善作用。筆者對近年來有關(guān)黑種草子油改善藥物性腎損害的作用機(jī)制做一綜述,為進(jìn)一步的開發(fā)利用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Nigellaus, a family of Ranunculaceae, is an annual herbaceous plant native to the Mediterranean and North Africa, and is also cultivated in Xinjiang, Tibet and Yunnan in China. They are Nigella glandulifera, Nigella sativa and Nigella damascena, respectively. The seeds recommended by black (hereinafter referred to as "black seed grass") contain many components, including alkaloids, saponins, unsaturated fatty acids, volatile oils and so on. Antiinflammatory and other pharmacological effects. Black grass has long been used in the treatment of many diseases, such as asthma, headache, diabetes and so on. In recent years, it has been found that black grass oil reduces drug accumulation, antioxidant, anti-inflammation, etc. Anti-apoptosis and anti-fibrosis can also improve the drug-induced renal damage. The mechanism of anti-apoptosis and anti-fibrosis in recent years is reviewed in order to provide reference for further development and utilization.
