【摘要】：目的:觀察寧泌泰膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸多西環(huán)素片對溶脲脲原體(Uu)引起的慢性前列腺炎的療效。方法:采用隨機(jī)對照研究方法,選取Uu陽性的慢性前列腺炎患者240例,隨機(jī)分為中藥組(35例)、西藥組(78例)和聯(lián)合組(127例),連續(xù)用藥2周,觀察臨床療效。中藥組口服寧泌泰膠囊,4粒/次,3次/日;西藥組口服鹽酸多西環(huán)素片,100 mg/次,2次/日;聯(lián)合組口服寧泌泰膠囊,4粒/次,3次/日,并聯(lián)用鹽酸多西環(huán)素片,100 mg/次,2次/日。結(jié)果:中藥組、西藥組和聯(lián)合組Uu轉(zhuǎn)陰率分別為54.3%(19/35),71.8%(56/78)和89.0%(113/127),聯(lián)合組明顯高于中、西藥組(P均0.05)。聯(lián)合組、西藥組和中藥組的治愈率分別為25.2%、20.5%和20.0%,總有效率分別為89.0%、71.8%和54.3%,聯(lián)合組與中藥組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:寧泌泰膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸多西環(huán)素片治療Uu陽性的慢性前列腺炎比單用寧泌泰膠囊或鹽酸多西環(huán)素片療效好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of Ningbitai capsule combined with doxycycline hydrochloride on chronic prostatitis induced by Ureaplasma Urealyticum Urealyticum Urealyticum. Methods: 240 patients with UU positive chronic prostatitis were selected by randomized controlled study. They were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (n = 35), western medicine group (n = 78) and combined group (n = 127) for 2 weeks. Results: the negative conversion rate of UU in traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and combined group was 54.335% ~ 71.8% ~ 56 / 78) and 89.0 / 113 / 127g / day, respectively, which was significantly higher in the combined group than that in the middle group, and was significantly higher in the combined group than in the traditional Chinese medicine group, the Western medicine group and the combined group were 54.335% ~ 71.8% ~ 56 / 78) and 89.0 / 113 / 127g / day respectively. The negative conversion rate of UU in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The western medicine group (P < 0.05). The cure rates of the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were 25.2and 20.0%, respectively. The total effective rate was 89.0% and 54.3%, respectively. The difference between the combined group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Ningbeitai capsule combined with doxycycline hydrochloride tablets for the treatment of UU positive slow. The effect of prostatitis was better than that of Ningbitai capsule or doxycycline hydrochloride tablets alone.
