【摘要】：目的分析糖尿病腎病(DN)患者血清micro RNA-21(mi R-21)含量及其與氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。方法選擇在該院接受治療的DN患者82例作為觀察組,根據(jù)病情嚴(yán)重程度分為輕度DN組(47例)、中重度DN組(35例),另取同期體檢健康人60例作為對(duì)照組。檢測(cè)各組患者的血清mi R-21含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、晚期蛋白氧化產(chǎn)物(AOPP)等氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平,進(jìn)一步分析兩者之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 1早期DN組、中晚期DN組患者血清mi R-21含量低于對(duì)照組,中晚期DN組患者血清mi R-21含量低于早期DN組;2早期DN組、中晚期DN組患者血清SOD、MDA、AOPP水平高于對(duì)照組,中晚期DN組患者血清SOD、MDA、AOPP水平高于早期DN組;3血清mi R-21含量與SOD、MDA、AOPP等氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論 DN患者的血清mi R-21含量降低,且與患者的氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平相關(guān),有望成為診斷及指導(dǎo)疾病治療的有效指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum micro RNA-21(mi R-21 (micro RNA-21(mi R-21) and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 82 patients with DN treated in this hospital were selected as the observation group. According to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into mild DN group (n = 47), moderate and severe DN group (n = 35) and control group (n = 60). The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (malondialdehyde) MDAA, late protein oxidation product (AOPP) and so on were further analyzed, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results 1the serum levels of R-21 in early DN group and middle and late DN group were lower than those in control group. The level of serum miR-21 in patients with intermediate and late DN was lower than that in patients with early DN, and the level of AOPP in patients with middle and late DN was higher than that in controls. There was a negative correlation between the level of serum miR-21 and the level of oxidative stress such as SODD-MDA-AOPP in patients with advanced DN. Conclusion the level of serum mi R-21 in DN patients is lower than that in patients with early DN, and it is related to the level of oxidative stress. It is expected to be one of the effective indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
