【摘要】：HOXB13作為同源盒基因的成員之一,常表達(dá)于前列腺組織中,對前列腺組織的生長發(fā)育有調(diào)控作用。許多研究發(fā)現(xiàn)歐美前列腺癌患者攜帶HOXB13的G48E突變的比例高于正常人群,而國人前列腺癌患者中攜帶一種新的G135E突變。前列腺癌組織中HOXB13廣泛表達(dá),而HOXB13的高表達(dá)提示預(yù)后不良。本文就HOXB13在前列腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中的作用及其機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:As a member of homologous box gene, HOXB13 is often expressed in prostate tissue, which regulates the growth and development of prostate tissue. Many studies have found that the proportion of G48E mutation of HOXB13 in prostate cancer patients in Europe and America is higher than that in normal population. However, there is a new G135E mutation in Chinese patients with prostate cancer. HOXB13 is widely expressed in prostate cancer tissues, but the high expression of HOXB13 suggests poor prognosis. This article reviews the role and mechanism of HOXB13 in the development of prostate cancer.
