【摘要】：正腎病綜合征(NS)可由多種病因引起,表現(xiàn)為腎小球基膜通透性增加,大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血癥、高度水腫、高脂血癥的一組臨床癥候群。嚴重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量,甚至危及生命~([1])。大部分患者初始激素治療可緩解,部分出現(xiàn)復發(fā)或激素依賴,發(fā)展成難治性腎病綜合征~([2])。本研究采用中醫(yī)藥聯(lián)合他克莫司治療激素抵抗型腎病綜合征取得了良好的療效。
[Abstract]:Positive nephrotic syndrome (NSN) can be caused by a variety of causes, including increased glomerular basement membrane permeability, large proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, hyperedema, hyperlipidemia and a group of clinical syndromes, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Even life-threatening ([1] .Most patients can be relieved by initial hormone therapy, and some of them have relapse or hormone dependence. The treatment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine combined with tacrolimus has achieved good results.
