【摘要】：目的:通過分析乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎的臨床表現(xiàn)、病理類型、診斷、發(fā)病機(jī)制及治療方法等分析及研究來探索乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎(Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis,HBV-GN)的研究進(jìn)展。方法:利用計算機(jī)檢索篩選關(guān)于乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎各個方面研究以及抗乙肝病毒(HBV)治療臨床研究的文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果:檢索出多篇關(guān)于乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎診斷、臨床表現(xiàn)、病理、發(fā)病機(jī)制及治療方法研究的文獻(xiàn),通過閱讀這些文獻(xiàn)及查閱相關(guān)參考資料,進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)得出關(guān)于乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎的最新研究進(jìn)展。結(jié)論:乙肝相關(guān)性腎炎的發(fā)病主要與機(jī)體內(nèi)相關(guān)免疫復(fù)合物的沉積、HBV病毒對腎臟的損傷及相關(guān)免疫介導(dǎo)的損害等發(fā)病機(jī)制有關(guān)。相關(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)乙型肝炎病毒感染損傷與導(dǎo)致HBV-GN之間的關(guān)系,而清除乙肝病毒抗原、抑制乙肝病毒DNA復(fù)制治療目的在于改善尿蛋白、延緩腎功能進(jìn)展。在針對HBV-GN的治療上多考慮以抗HBV病毒為主,聯(lián)合適當(dāng)劑量的激素或其他新型免疫抑制劑治療。因此早期識別HBV-GN和及時抗病毒及免疫抑制治療HBV-GN至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical manifestations, pathological types and diagnosis of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis. To explore the research progress of HBV-GNN in hepatitis B virus associated conglomerate glomerulonephritis.Methods: computer search was used to screen all aspects of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis and anti-hepatitis B virus. Results: several articles on the diagnosis of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis were retrieved. Literature on clinical manifestations, pathology, pathogenesis and treatment, by reading these documents and consulting relevant reference materials, Conclusion: the pathogenesis of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis is mainly related to the deposition of immune complex in the body and the damage of HBV virus to the kidney and related immune mediations. Related studies have found the relationship between hepatitis B virus infection and HBV-GN. The purpose of eliminating hepatitis B virus antigen and inhibiting hepatitis B virus DNA replication is to improve urine protein and delay the progress of renal function. In combination with appropriate doses of hormones or other new immunosuppressants, early identification of HBV-GN and timely antiviral and immunosuppressive treatment of HBV-GN are essential.
