【摘要】：正陰莖部分切除術(shù)和陰莖全切除術(shù)是陰莖癌主要的治療方式,這兩種手術(shù)可完整切除腫瘤,但卻嚴(yán)重破壞陰莖完整性,使患者喪失性功能。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者報(bào)道了保留陰莖頭手術(shù)在淺表性陰莖癌治療中的應(yīng)用,取得了較好的治療效果~([1-3])。但其不適用于癌組織侵犯較大面積陰莖頭時(shí),這類患者臨床上往往采取陰莖部分切除。我們應(yīng)用保留陰莖海綿體的陰莖頭切除術(shù)治療淺表性陰莖癌患者1例,取得了滿意的療效,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
[Abstract]:Partial excision of the penis and total excision of the penis are the main treatments for penile cancer. These two operations can remove the tumor completely, but seriously destroy the integrity of the penis and make the patient lose sexual function. Domestic scholars reported the application of penile head preserving surgery in the treatment of superficial penile carcinoma, and obtained good therapeutic effect ([1-3]). However, it is not suitable for cancer tissue invasion of large penile head. In this kind of patients, partial excision of penis is often taken clinically. We have treated one case of superficial penile carcinoma with penile cephalectomy with preserving the corpus cavernosum. The result is satisfactory. The present report is as follows.
