【摘要】：隨著臨床上腎臟腫瘤的診治越來越規(guī)范化,用于客觀描述腫瘤特征的測量評分系統(tǒng)越來越受到重視。其中,"直徑-軸距-極距"評分是最早于2012年提出的、具有代表性的第二代腎腫瘤評分系統(tǒng),其由腫瘤的直徑、軸距、極距3個變量構(gòu)成,以量化評分的方式評估腎臟腫瘤的復(fù)雜性,并有協(xié)助手術(shù)方式的合理選擇、預(yù)測相關(guān)圍手術(shù)期結(jié)局的作用�，F(xiàn)回顧近年來文獻(xiàn)中對該評分系統(tǒng)所做的報道,對其評分特點及臨床價值進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:As the diagnosis and treatment of renal tumors become more and more standardized, more and more attention has been paid to the measurement and scoring system for the objective description of tumor characteristics. Among them, the "diameter-wheelbase-polar distance" score was first proposed in 2012. A representative second generation renal tumor scoring system is composed of three variables: tumor diameter, wheelbase and extreme distance. The complexity of renal tumor is evaluated by quantitative scoring, and there is a reasonable choice to assist the operation. This paper reviews the recent reports on this scoring system and reviews its characteristics and clinical value.
