【摘要】：近年來(lái)，保留腎單位手術(shù)在腎腫瘤中的應(yīng)用不斷增多，且隨著手術(shù)醫(yī)生對(duì)保留腎單位手術(shù)越來(lái)越熟練，保留腎單位手術(shù)在腎腫瘤中的應(yīng)用范圍也在不斷增寬，包括≥4cm的腎腫瘤。保留腎單位手術(shù)較根治性腎切除術(shù)降低了腎腫瘤患者術(shù)后并發(fā)慢性腎病及心血管疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并且會(huì)提高生存期，，但保留腎單位手術(shù)可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致切緣陽(yáng)性，切緣陽(yáng)性對(duì)腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)率與存活率是否有影響尚存在爭(zhēng)議。本文就關(guān)于保留腎單位手術(shù)及保留腎單位手術(shù)切緣陽(yáng)性做一綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the application of nephron sparing surgery in renal neoplasms has been increasing, and as surgeons become more and more proficient in nephron sparing surgery, the scope of application of nephron sparing surgery in renal tumors is also increasing. Nephron-sparing surgery reduced the risk of chronic nephropathy and cardiovascular disease in patients with renal neoplasms compared with radical nephrectomy, and increased survival, but nephron-sparing surgery may lead to positive margins. The effect of positive margin on tumor recurrence rate and survival rate is still controversial. This article reviews the positive rate of resection margin in nephron sparing surgery and nephron sparing surgery.
