【摘要】：目的:探討α-硫辛酸聯(lián)合枸櫞酸他莫昔芬對少弱精子癥患者的療效觀察。方法:選擇2016年6月至11月在河北省醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院男科門診就診的60例少弱精子癥患者,將其隨機(jī)分為2組,每組30例,A組給予α-硫辛酸(0.6g 1次/日)聯(lián)合枸櫞酸他莫昔芬(20mg 1次/日)口服治療,B組給予左卡尼汀(1g 2次/日)聯(lián)合枸櫞酸他莫昔芬(20mg 1次/日)口服治療,治療前及治療后3個月檢測所有病例精液參數(shù)及精液氧化應(yīng)激生物標(biāo)志物,包括丙二醛(Methylenedioxyamphetamine,MDA)、總抗氧能力(Total antioxidants capacity,TAC)水平,同時了解配偶妊娠率及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:57例患者完成了全部治療,包括A組28例,B組29例。A組和B組在精液量、精子濃度、前向運(yùn)動精子、精漿TAC和MDA方面較用藥前均有顯著改善(P0.05),在改善精漿TAC方面A組優(yōu)于B組(P0.05),余兩組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組的正常精子形態(tài)百分率比較,治療前后無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。治療3個月后女方妊娠者,A組3例,B組1例,兩組比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療期間所有患者均未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:α-硫辛酸聯(lián)合枸櫞酸他莫昔芬可明顯改善氧化應(yīng)激損傷,進(jìn)而改善少弱精子癥男性不育患者的精液質(zhì)量參數(shù),安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy of 偽 -lipoic acid combined with tamoxifen citrate in the treatment of oligozoospermia. Methods: sixty patients with oligozoospermia were selected from June 2016 to November in Department of andrology, second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. They were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n = 30) was treated with 偽 -lipoic acid (0.6g / d) and tamoxifen citrate (20mg / d). Group B was treated with L-carnitine (1g / d) and tamoxifen citrate (20mg / d). Semen parameters and biomarkers of oxidative stress in semen were detected before and 3 months after treatment, including malondialdehyde (MDA) Methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDAA) and total antioxidants capacity (TACc). Results A total of 57 cases were treated, including 28 cases in group A, 29 cases in group B, and 29 cases in group B. the spermatozoa volume, sperm concentration, forward motility spermatozoa were observed in group A and B, respectively. The seminal plasma TAC and MDA were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. Group A was better than group B in improving the seminal plasma TAC. There was no significant difference between the other two groups, and the percentage of normal sperm morphology in the two groups was higher than that in the other two groups. There was no statistical difference before and after treatment (P 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, there were 3 cases in group A and 1 case in group B. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05) and no significant adverse reactions were observed in all patients during the treatment. Conclusion: 偽 -lipoic acid combined with tamoxifen citrate can significantly improve oxidative stress injury. Then improve the semen quality parameters of oligoasthenospermia male infertility patients, safe and effective.
