【摘要】：目的:探討超選擇性膀胱動(dòng)脈栓塞治療老年難治性膀胱癌出血的臨床價(jià)值。方法:使用介入治療技術(shù),對(duì)52例膀胱癌出血患者進(jìn)行超選擇性膀胱動(dòng)脈栓塞。結(jié)果:22例在超選擇性栓塞術(shù)后24 h均可見尿液顏色變淺,29例在48 h后出血停止;1例出血減少,經(jīng)止血、持續(xù)膀胱沖洗后,血尿癥狀明顯改善。結(jié)論:對(duì)于膀胱癌并發(fā)出血保守治療無(wú)效的患者,超選擇性介入栓塞治療是一種安全、可靠、有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of superselective bladder artery embolization in the treatment of refractory bladder cancer hemorrhage in the elderly. 52 cases of bladder cancer bleeding were embolized by superselective bladder artery embolization. Results 24 hours after superselective embolization, 29 cases with urine color palliation and 1 case with decreased bleeding were observed after 24 hours of superselective embolization, and 1 case was treated with hemostasis and continuous bladder washing. Conclusion: superselective interventional embolization is a safe, reliable and effective method for patients with bladder cancer complicated with hemorrhage.
