【摘要】：目的：通過對臨床工作中前列腺癌病例進(jìn)行分析報(bào)道,以及近年前列腺生物標(biāo)記物做一綜述,以更進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)本院臨床前列腺癌診治。方法：搜集臨床工作中前列腺癌一例,系統(tǒng)分析其住院期間診治過程：利用Pubmed、Web of science、萬方、維普等文件搜索數(shù)據(jù)庫搜索近國內(nèi)外近兩年關(guān)于前列腺癌生物標(biāo)記物的最新研究進(jìn)展,閱讀文獻(xiàn)后對其進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并編寫綜述一篇。結(jié)果：通過對本院前列腺癌的診治經(jīng)過分析,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外診治現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前前列腺早期診斷率較低,而人類激肽釋放酶(human kallikreins hk).前列腺特異性膜抗原(prostate specific membrane antigen,PSMA)、早期前列腺癌抗原(early prostate cancer antigen,EPCA)及EPCA-2.5α-甲�；o酶A消旋酶(a-methylacyl CoA racemase,AMACR或稱P504S)、PCA3、肌氨酸、Engrailed-2及血紅素氧化酶-1等在PCa早期診斷中有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and report the cases of prostate cancer in clinical work and to review the biomarkers of prostate cancer in recent years in order to further guide the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer in our hospital. Methods: one case of prostate cancer in clinical work was collected. The process of diagnosis and treatment during hospitalization was systematically analyzed. The latest research progress of prostate cancer biomarkers in recent two years was searched by Pubmedan Web of Science, Wanfang, Wiper and so on. After reading the literature, the biomarkers of prostate cancer were summarized and summarized. Results: through the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer in our hospital and the present situation of diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad, we found that the early diagnosis rate of prostate is relatively low. Specific membrane antigen-PSMAA, early prostate cancer antigen-EPCAA), EPCA-2.5 偽 -methylacyl CoA racemase- AMACR or P504SPCA3, sarcosine Engrailed-2 and heme oxygenase--1 were found in the early stage of PCa. It has high application value in diagnosis.
