【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,男,54歲,因"尿頻伴進(jìn)行性排尿困難2年"以"前列腺增生癥"入院。近2年來夜尿增加,一開始每晚2~3次,后逐漸增加至4~5次,并出現(xiàn)尿線無力、分叉及變細(xì),遂來本院就診門診收入院�；颊唢嬍�、既往史、家族史無明顯異常。入院后肛診:前列腺Ⅲ°大,以左側(cè)葉增大為主,質(zhì)韌,稍有波動(dòng)感,未觸及質(zhì)硬結(jié)節(jié),肛門括約
