【摘要】：觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療2型心腎綜合征的臨床療效。將入選的2型心腎綜合征患者分為單純西醫(yī)治療組(對(duì)照組)和中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組(治療組),2組患者均采用西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予補(bǔ)心益腎湯口服,共治療3個(gè)療程,觀察2組患者治療前后的總療效、心功能指標(biāo)、腎功能指標(biāo)的變化情況。治療組與對(duì)照組的總療效分別為91.80%,72.41%。2組比較有顯著性差異(P0.01);組內(nèi)比較,治療組與對(duì)照組在治療前后的心功能指標(biāo)、腎功能指標(biāo)都有明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);2組治療后心、腎功能指標(biāo)比較,左室功能、血尿鈉肽、血肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素-C的改善,治療組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05~0.01)。結(jié)果表明,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療能提高2型心腎綜合征的臨床療效,明顯改善心腎功能,優(yōu)于單純的西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,且具有良好的安全性。
[Abstract]:To observe the clinical effect of type 2 cardiorenal syndrome treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The patients with type 2 cardiorenal syndrome were divided into two groups: simple western medicine group (control group) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group (treatment group). Two groups of patients were treated with western medicine routine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of Bushinyishen decoction oral, a total of three courses of treatment, observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment of the total curative effect, cardiac function indicators. The total curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were 91.80 and 72.41, respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.01). Compared with the control group, the indexes of cardiac function and renal function in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The improvement of left ventricular function, hematuria natriuretic peptide, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and cystatin C in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the clinical effect of type 2 cardiorenal syndrome and improve the function of heart and kidney obviously, which is superior to the routine treatment of western medicine alone and has good safety.
