【摘要】：正患者男,45歲。因尿潴留就診。超聲檢查示:前列腺大小形態(tài)正常,實質回聲均勻;膀胱后方、前列腺后上方精囊區(qū)探及10.4cm×10.8cm×11.3cm類圓形囊實性包塊,邊界清,內見厚薄不一的分隔,呈多房型改變,囊腔透聲良好,包塊后方回聲稍增強,毗鄰結構受壓移位,與周圍結構分界尚清(圖1A)。超聲提示:精囊部位處囊實性占位,考慮良性病變可能,囊腺瘤?CT平掃:精囊腺后方見類圓形、囊實性、以囊性為主的腫塊,腫
[Abstract]:The male patient was 45 years old. Due to urinary retention, ultrasound showed that the size of the prostate was normal and the solid echo was homogeneous. At the posterior part of the bladder, the seminal vesicle of the posterior part of the prostate was found to be 10.4cm 脳 10.8cm 脳 11.3cm round solid mass with clear boundary, with a thicker and thinner separation, with multilocular changes. The acoustic permeability of the capsule is good, the echo behind the mass is slightly enhanced, the adjacent structure is compressed and shifted, and the boundary between the adjacent structure and the surrounding structure is still clear (Fig. 1). Ultrasound suggests that there is a solid and cystic position in the seminal vesicle, considering the possibility of benign lesions, cystadenoma, and cystadenoma. Plain CT scan: round, solid and cystic masses, mainly cystic masses, located at the rear of the seminal vesicle gland.
