【摘要】：正睪丸Leydig細(xì)胞瘤較為罕見(jiàn),多為良性。臨床上主要癥狀是睪丸無(wú)痛性增大,并有可觸及的腫塊。本文報(bào)道1例我院診治的睪丸Leydig細(xì)胞瘤,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。1臨床資料患者40歲,男性,2015年6月因右側(cè)陰囊漸進(jìn)性增大伴疼痛1年余入院。查體:右側(cè)陰囊內(nèi)捫及囊實(shí)性腫物,約5 cm×4 cm×4 cm大小,腫物與睪丸融合,附睪不能觸及,透光試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性,平臥后腫塊
[Abstract]:Positive Leydig cell tumor of the testis is rare, mostly benign. The main clinical symptoms are painless testicular enlargement, and there is a palpable mass. Testicular Leydig cell tumor 1 cases were reported in our hospital, and review the related literature.1 clinical data of patients 40 years of age, male, June 2015 due to the right side of the scrotum with gradual enlargement the pain for more than 1 years. Admission examination: on the right side of the scrotum palpable cystic mass, about 5 cm * 4 cm * 4 cm in size, mass and testis epididymis fusion, cannot touch, light test positive, supine after mass
