【摘要】：目的:研究分析不同麻醉老年患者術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙的情況。方法:選擇2015年1月至2016年1月在我院進(jìn)行下腹部或下肢手術(shù)的患者84例作為研究對(duì)象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將患者分為兩組,觀察組和對(duì)照組,均為42例,采用腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉方法對(duì)觀察組患者進(jìn)行麻醉,采用全身麻醉方法對(duì)照組患者進(jìn)行麻醉,對(duì)兩組患者術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙情況進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:觀察組術(shù)后1天、術(shù)后3天認(rèn)知功能評(píng)分與對(duì)照組存在較大差異,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組術(shù)后1天、術(shù)后3天認(rèn)知功能障礙發(fā)生率比對(duì)照組低,數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉方法應(yīng)用于老年下腹部或下肢手術(shù)時(shí),可減少患者術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the cognitive impairment of elderly patients under different anesthesia. Methods: eighty-four patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The patients in the observation group were anesthetized by combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia, and the patients in the control group were anesthetized by general anesthesia, and the postoperative cognitive dysfunction between the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: the scores of cognitive function in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation (P 0.05). The incidence of cognitive impairment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation, and the data were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion: combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia can reduce the occurrence of cognitive impairment in elderly patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery.
