【摘要】：目的了解影響老年患者胸腔鏡術(shù)后早期認(rèn)知功能障礙(POCD)的影響因素。方法采用自制一般人口學(xué)特征表,對120例開展胸腔鏡手術(shù)的老年患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和資料收集,利用手術(shù)前后簡易智力量表(MMSE)得分評定是否發(fā)生POCD。結(jié)果 120例老年患者中,31例發(fā)生POCD。與非POCD組比較,POCD組年齡、收縮壓均值、飲酒史所占比例、合并糖尿病所占比例明顯增高、手術(shù)時(shí)間≥180 min教育年限明顯較低(P0.05);手術(shù)時(shí)間、年齡、教育年限、高血壓史是POCD發(fā)生的重要影響因素。結(jié)論年齡越大、手術(shù)時(shí)間超過180 min、教育年限越低、有高血壓史是POCD發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素,在臨床治療和護(hù)理的過程中,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)防范和檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of (POCD) in elderly patients with early cognitive impairment after thoracoscopy. Methods A questionnaire survey and data collection were conducted in 120 elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery by using the self-made general demographic characteristic table. The (MMSE) score of the simple intelligence scale before and after operation was used to evaluate whether POCD. occurred or not. Results POCD. occurred in 31 of 120 elderly patients.
