【摘要】：目的:分析臂叢和頸叢淺支聯(lián)合阻滯在鎖骨手術(shù)麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:將在汕尾市第二人民醫(yī)院(汕尾逸揮基金醫(yī)院)2014年10月至2015年9月接受鎖骨骨折內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療的72例患者隨機(jī)分為聯(lián)合組和對照組,聯(lián)合組實施臂叢和頸叢淺支聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉,對照組實施單純頸叢淺支阻滯麻醉,比較兩組患者圍手術(shù)期的生命體征狀況以及術(shù)后12 h、24 h的疼痛情況。結(jié)果:兩組麻醉前的生命體征狀況比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),聯(lián)合組骨折復(fù)位時、術(shù)后2 h的生命體征狀況均優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后12 h、24 h的疼痛視覺模擬評分(VAS)均低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:臂叢和頸叢淺支聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉用于鎖骨手術(shù),麻醉效果安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of combined block of brachial plexus and superficial branch of cervical plexus in clavicle surgery anesthesia. Methods: from October 2014 to September 2015, 72 patients who underwent clavicle fracture internal fixation in Shanwei second people's Hospital (Shanwei Yiwei Fund Hospital) were randomly divided into combined group and control group. The combined anesthesia of brachial and superficial branches of cervical plexus was performed in the combined group and the simple anesthesia of superficial branch of cervical plexus was performed in the control group. The perioperative vital signs and pain of the two groups were compared at 12 hours and 24 hours after operation. Results: there was no significant difference in vital signs between the two groups before anesthesia (P 0.05). The vital signs of fracture reduction in the combined group were better than those in the control group 2 hours after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). At 12 hours after operation, the (VAS) of 24 h pain visual simulation score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: combined block anesthesia of brachial plexus and superficial branch of cervical plexus is safe and reliable in clavicle surgery.
