【摘要】：目的觀察超聲引導(dǎo)下腰叢坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉在老年下肢骨科手術(shù)中應(yīng)用效果。方法選取60例行老年下肢骨科手術(shù)的患者,隨機分為兩組,各30例。對照組行常規(guī)腰叢坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉;觀察組行超聲引導(dǎo)下腰叢坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉,比較兩組的麻醉效果。結(jié)果觀察組感覺及運動神經(jīng)阻滯起效時間短于對照組(P0.01),感覺及運動神經(jīng)阻滯維持時間長于對照組(P0.01),疼痛程度輕于對照組(P0.01);觀察組麻醉優(yōu)良率高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年下肢骨科手術(shù)采用超聲引導(dǎo)下腰叢坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉時麻醉起效快,維持時間長,麻醉效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of ultrasound-guided lumbar nerve block anesthesia in lower extremity orthopaedic surgery in the elderly. Methods Sixty elderly patients undergoing lower extremity orthopaedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30). The control group was anesthetized with conventional lumbar nerve block, and the observation group was anesthetized with ultrasound-guided lumbar nerve block, and the anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results the onset time of sensory and motor nerve block in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.01), the maintenance time of sensory and motor nerve block was longer than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the degree of pain was lighter than that in the control group (P 0.01). The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided lumbar nerve block anesthesia for the elderly lower extremity orthopaedic surgery has the advantages of fast anaesthesia, long maintenance time and good anaesthesia effect.
