【摘要】：目的探討小劑量咪達(dá)唑侖聯(lián)合丙泊酚鎮(zhèn)靜在非全身麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取我院接受外科手術(shù)的非全麻患者67例,隨機(jī)分組,對照組34例,觀察組33例,對照組靜脈注射咪達(dá)唑侖,觀察組小劑量咪達(dá)唑侖聯(lián)合丙泊酚靜脈注射,觀察兩組鎮(zhèn)靜效果及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組鎮(zhèn)靜起效、鎮(zhèn)靜完善、自然清醒時間分別為(4.08±1.02)min、(8.48±1.32)min、(32.38±8.32)min,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為3.03%;對照組分別為(6.72±1.48)min、(12.62±1.88)min、(81.52±8.18)min,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為26.47%。組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論小劑量咪達(dá)唑侖聯(lián)合丙泊酚應(yīng)用于非全身麻醉中效果顯著,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of low dose midazolam combined with propofol sedation in non-general anesthesia. Methods 67 patients undergoing non-general anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 34), observation group (n = 33), control group (n = 33), midazolam group (n = 67) and control group (n = 67). The sedative effect and adverse reaction were observed in the two groups. Results in the observation group, the sedation was effective and the sedation was perfect. The spontaneous waking time was (4.08 鹵1.02) min, (8.48 鹵1.32) min, (32.38 鹵8.32) min, and the adverse reaction rate was 3.03%. The incidence of adverse reactions in control group (6.72 鹵1.48) min, (12.62 鹵1.88) min, (81.52 鹵8.18) min, was 26.47%. The difference between groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion low dose midazolam combined with propofol is effective in non-general anesthesia, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
