【摘要】：目的:研究在術(shù)中麻醉和術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛中使用舒芬太尼和右美托咪啶的實(shí)際價(jià)值。方法:選取我院收治的150例手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行分組研究,所有患者的麻醉方法為全身麻醉,結(jié)合臨床隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其平均分為觀察組與對照組,對照組手術(shù)中采用芬太尼進(jìn)行麻醉,手術(shù)后使用舒芬太尼進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛,觀察組手術(shù)中采用舒芬太尼麻醉,手術(shù)后聯(lián)合使用舒芬太尼及右美托咪啶進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛,對比兩組麻醉效果和術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛情況。結(jié)果:兩組恢復(fù)自主呼吸的時(shí)間、蘇醒時(shí)間和拔除氣管導(dǎo)管時(shí)間比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);手術(shù)后觀察組的疼痛評分(1.7±0.6)分,舒芬太尼用量(17.7±6.9)μg,對照組的疼痛評分(3.5±1.5)分,舒芬太尼用量(44.2±18.5)μg,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論:與芬太尼比較,舒芬太尼的麻醉效果更好,此外,在術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛中,與舒芬太尼單一用藥比較,與右美托咪啶的聯(lián)合用藥的鎮(zhèn)痛效果更佳,可推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical value of sufentanil and dexmetomidine in anesthesia and postoperative analgesia. Methods: 150 patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups. All patients were anesthetized by general anesthesia, and divided into observation group and control group on the basis of clinical random numerical table method, and all patients were divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Fentanyl was used for anesthesia in the control group, sufentanil was used for analgesia after operation, sufentanil was used in the observation group, and sufentanil and right metamidine were used for analgesia after the operation. The effects of anesthesia and postoperative analgesia were compared between the two groups. Results: there were significant differences in the recovery time, recovery time and extubation time between the two groups (P 0.05). After operation, the pain score, sufentanil and sufentanil were (1. 7 鹵0. 6), (17.7 鹵6. 9) 渭 g, (3. 5 鹵1. 5), (44.2 鹵18.5) 渭 g in the observation group and (17.7 鹵6. 9) 渭 g in the control group respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the anesthetic effect of sufentanil is better than that of fentanyl. In addition, the analgesic effect of sufentanil combined with dexmetomidine is better than that of sufentanil in postoperative analgesia.
