【摘要】：目的:探討右美托咪定對老年患者椎管麻醉生命體征的影響。方法:收治行雙下肢椎管麻醉的老年手術(shù)患者120例,隨機(jī)分為對照組(S組)和右美托咪定組(DEX組),記錄入室血壓、心率、脈搏、血氧飽和度、Ⅱ?qū)?lián)ST段數(shù)值。麻醉穿刺成功后,控制麻醉平面在T6及以下,記錄各個(gè)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:與對照組相比,右美托咪定組的心率、血壓、Ⅱ?qū)?lián)ST段數(shù)值在術(shù)中、術(shù)畢更穩(wěn)定(P0.05),基本無煩躁(P0.05)。結(jié)論:低劑量的右美托咪定能有效抑制術(shù)中患者的應(yīng)激反應(yīng),生命體征更平穩(wěn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of dexmedetomidine on vital signs of spinal anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods:120 patients with double lower limb spinal anesthesia were randomly divided into control group (S group) and dexmedetomidine group (DEX group). After the anesthesia puncture was successful, the anesthesia plane was controlled to be at T6 and below, and the indexes were recorded. Results: Compared with the control group, the heart rate, blood pressure and the ST-segment value of the right medetomidine group were more stable than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: The low dose dexmedetomidine can effectively inhibit the stress reaction of the patients during the operation, and the vital signs are more stable.
