【摘要】：術(shù)前貧血在骨科擇期手術(shù)患者中很常見,而且其與患者接受輸血、圍術(shù)期并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率和死亡率增加相關(guān)。而如何對術(shù)前貧血患者進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而有效的貧血檢測、評估及管理則是臨床手術(shù)科室較為不重視且薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。由國際組織輸血替代方法促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(NATA)召集的一個涉及骨科手術(shù)、骨科麻醉、血液科及流行病學(xué)等專家在內(nèi)的多學(xué)科專家小組制定了一項國際指南,該指南從6個等級對骨科擇期手術(shù)患者的術(shù)前貧血進(jìn)行規(guī)范處理。
[Abstract]:Preoperative anemia is common in patients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery and is associated with increased incidence of perioperative complications and mortality in patients receiving blood transfusions. However, the standard and effective detection, evaluation and management of pre-operative anemia are the weak links in the clinical surgery department. An international guide was developed by a multidisciplinary panel of experts on orthopaedic surgery, orthopaedic anesthesia, hematology and epidemiology, convened by the International Organization for Blood Transfusion Promotion Network (NATA), which includes experts in orthopaedic surgery, orthopaedic anesthesia, hematology and epidemiology. The guidelines regulate the management of pre-operative anemia in patients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery from six levels.
