鹿復(fù)合麻醉劑對(duì)鹿無(wú)創(chuàng)血壓、血漿ANP、CGRP及RAAS影響

【摘要】:為明確鹿復(fù)合麻醉劑作用下鹿血壓變化與血漿腎素-血管緊張素-醛固酮系統(tǒng)、心鈉素、降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽相關(guān)性。試驗(yàn)選取6只健康成年梅花鹿,肌注鹿復(fù)合麻醉劑0.04 m L·kg-1,注藥前及注藥后0、15、30、45、60、75、90及120 min血壓監(jiān)測(cè),并同步采集頸靜脈血樣測(cè)定腎素(PRA)、血管緊張素(AⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、心鈉素(ANP)和降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)含量。結(jié)果表明,梅花鹿麻醉期血漿中ANP、PRA、AⅡ和ALD含量下降,與對(duì)照組相比顯著降低(P0.01或P0.05);CGRP含量升高,與對(duì)照組相比極顯著升高(P0.01);SBP、DBP和MAP顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。說(shuō)明鹿復(fù)合麻醉劑引起腎素-血管緊張素-醛固酮系統(tǒng)、心鈉素、降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽變化,參與鹿血壓變化調(diào)節(jié)。
