【摘要】：目的:探討醋調吳茱萸薄荷粉穴位貼敷天突、內關、合谷聯合耳穴療法對氣管插管全麻術后咽痛臨床療效。方法:將符合條件的2016年11月-2017年3月于廣東省中醫(yī)院施行氣管插管全麻的患者100例按隨機數字表法分為觀察組和對照組,各50例。觀察組于術前1d進行耳穴貼壓取穴位:神門、交感、咽喉、屏間前,并于手術當天麻醉開始前給予吳茱萸薄荷貼敷天突、雙側內關、雙側合谷穴,觀察比較兩組術后清醒(0h)及術后24h患者的咽痛及伴隨癥狀療效。結果:觀察組患者全麻術后清醒時(0h)及術后24h惡心、嘔吐次數明顯少于對照組,24h咽痛評分低于對照組,術后舒適評分高于對照組(P0.01,P0.05)。結論:醋調吳茱萸薄荷粉穴位貼敷聯合耳穴療法有利于緩解氣管插管全麻術后患者的咽痛及咽喉伴隨癥狀,增加術后舒適感,對全麻術后咽痛患者有預防及干預效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of vinegar-adjusted Evodia rutaecarpa menthol powder on pharynx pain after tracheal intubation after general anesthesia. Methods: 100 patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia were divided into observation group and control group according to random digital table method from November 2016 to March 2017 in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, 50 cases in each group were divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). In the observation group, auricular acupoints were applied and pressed 1 day before operation: Shenmen, sympathetic, pharynx, interscreen, and on the day of anesthesia, Evodia rutaecarpa menthol was applied to Tianjie, Neiguan on both sides and Hegu on both sides. To observe and compare the curative effect of pharynx pain and associated symptoms between the two groups. Results: the number of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the time of waking up (0 h) and 24 h after general anesthesia, and the score of pharynx pain at 24 h was lower than that in the control group, and the postoperative comfort score was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of vinegar to Evodia rutaecarpa mint powder and auricular point therapy is beneficial to relieve the pharynx pain and the associated symptoms of pharynx and larynx after tracheal intubation general anesthesia, increase the postoperative comfort, and have the effect of prevention and intervention for the patients with pharynx pain after general anesthesia.
