【摘要】：目的:研究?jī)和砺樽砗筇K醒期與臨床相關(guān)因素間的關(guān)系,為兒童術(shù)后躁動(dòng)的預(yù)防提供依據(jù)。方法:回顧性分析就診于山西省兒童醫(yī)院的行全身麻醉的患兒876例,觀察組為全麻術(shù)后發(fā)生躁動(dòng)的患兒53例,對(duì)照組為未發(fā)生躁動(dòng)的患兒823例,采用logistic回歸分析方法研究全身麻醉蘇醒期躁動(dòng)是否與性別、年齡、手術(shù)史、手術(shù)前的焦慮狀況、手術(shù)時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短、手術(shù)的規(guī)模、手術(shù)過(guò)后的疼痛狀況、術(shù)后留置尿管、蘇醒時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短相互關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果:患兒全身麻醉蘇醒期躁動(dòng)組和非躁動(dòng)組在性別、手術(shù)史、手術(shù)時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短、手術(shù)的規(guī)模、蘇醒時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。最終進(jìn)入Logistic回歸模型的危險(xiǎn)因素為年齡、手術(shù)的規(guī)模、術(shù)后疼痛。而手術(shù)規(guī)模的大小可能在患兒全麻術(shù)后躁動(dòng)的發(fā)生中與其他因素有相互協(xié)同作用。結(jié)論:年齡、術(shù)后疼痛、留置導(dǎo)尿管是兒童全身麻醉蘇醒期躁動(dòng)的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。手術(shù)規(guī)模的大小可能與其他因素相互協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between recovery period and clinical factors after general anesthesia in children, and to provide evidence for prevention of postoperative restlessness in children. Methods: a retrospective analysis was made on 876 children undergoing general anesthesia in Shanxi Children's Hospital, 53 children in observation group and 823 children in control group who had no restlessness after general anesthesia. Logistic regression analysis was used to study whether restlessness during general anesthesia was associated with sex, age, history of operation, anxiety before operation, duration of operation, scale of operation, pain after operation, indwelling urethral catheter after operation. The length of waking time is related to each other. Results: there was no significant difference in sex, operation history, length of operation time, operation scale and recovery time between restless group and non-restless group during general anesthesia (P0.05). The risk factors for final entry into the Logistic regression model were age, size of operation and postoperative pain. The size of the operation may be synergistic with other factors in the occurrence of restlessness after general anesthesia in children. Conclusion: age, postoperative pain and indwelling catheter are independent risk factors of restlessness during general anesthesia in children. The size of the operation may be synergistic with other factors.
