【摘要】：目的:研究腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療小兒單側(cè)鞘膜積液對手術(shù)相關(guān)指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥及治療費用的影響。方法:選擇2014年1月至2015年12月收治的120例單側(cè)鞘膜積液患兒,隨機分為對照組與實驗組,每組60例。對照組行開放手術(shù),實驗組行腹腔鏡手術(shù)。對比兩組手術(shù)相關(guān)指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥及治療費用情況。結(jié)果:實驗組手術(shù)時間、住院時間、術(shù)中出血量及切口長度低于對照組,而麻醉費用、住院費用高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實驗組與對照組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率分別為3.33%與10.00%,術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率相近,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療小兒單側(cè)鞘膜積液可縮短手術(shù)時間、減少術(shù)中出血量,術(shù)后恢復(fù)及切口美觀度較好,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥少,但費用較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of laparoscopic operation on the related indexes, complications and treatment cost of unilateral hydrocele in children. Methods: 120 children with unilateral hydrocele from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group. Open operation was performed in the control group and laparoscopic surgery was performed in the experimental group. The related indexes, complications and cost of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: the operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative bleeding volume and incision length in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the cost of anesthesia and hospitalization cost were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group and the control group were 3.33% and 10.00 respectively. The recurrence rate was similar (P0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic surgery for unilateral hydrocele in children can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, improve the postoperative recovery and aesthetic degree of incision, and have less complications after operation, but the cost is high.
