【摘要】：目的:評估口腔無痛麻醉儀(STA)減輕患者疼痛的臨床療效。方法:選擇臨床病例100例隨機(jī)分配至實驗組和對照組各50例,對照組用傳統(tǒng)的注射器采用傳統(tǒng)方法注射麻醉,實驗組用STA在牙周膜內(nèi)注射麻醉,麻醉藥物均用必蘭麻,麻醉4min舌面穿髓治療。采用疼痛視覺模擬量表(VAS)統(tǒng)計注射時和穿髓時疼痛程度。結(jié)果:實驗組與對照組注射麻藥時的VAS值差異明顯(P0.05),穿髓時VAS值差異不明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論:使用STA無痛麻醉儀在前牙牙髓炎治療中能有效減輕患者疼痛,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of (STA) in relieving pain. Methods: 100 clinical cases were randomly assigned to the experimental group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The control group was anesthetized with traditional syringe and the experimental group was anesthetized with STA in periodontal membrane. 4min was anesthetized and treated with transmedullary transfusions. (VAS) was used to measure the degree of pain during injection and intramedullary. Results: the VAS values of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different (P0.05), while the VAS value of the medullary penetrating group had no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: the use of STA painless anaesthesia apparatus in the treatment of anterior pulpitis can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
