【摘要】：目的對(duì)笑氣吸入鎮(zhèn)靜法應(yīng)用在拔除智齒中的效果進(jìn)行觀察分析。方法將本院在2014-2015年收治的擬拔除智齒的牙科恐懼癥患者共計(jì)80例作為研究資料,將患者隨機(jī)分為2組:實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,每組患者有40例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用笑氣吸入鎮(zhèn)靜法與常規(guī)下牙槽神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉進(jìn)行聯(lián)合應(yīng)用來(lái)拔除智齒。對(duì)照組在常規(guī)下牙槽神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉后進(jìn)行智齒拔除手術(shù)的操作。拔牙手術(shù)過(guò)程中分別記錄患者的收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧飽和度(Sp O2)變化,并進(jìn)行疼痛程度(VSA評(píng)分)和鎮(zhèn)靜程度(Ramsay評(píng)分)的評(píng)估。結(jié)果兩組進(jìn)行比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在拔牙手術(shù)過(guò)程中麻醉效果比較好,疼痛程度顯著減輕了,SBP、DBP、HR、Sp O2變化穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論吸入笑氣進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛,并聯(lián)合應(yīng)用下牙槽神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉,為患者實(shí)施拔除智齒的手術(shù),能夠顯著地使患者減少在手術(shù)中的恐懼心理,患者的疼痛感覺顯著地減輕了,這是一種比較安全的麻醉方法,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用[1]。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the effect of inhaled sedation of laughing gas in extraction of wisdom teeth. Methods A total of 80 dental phobia patients with wisdom tooth extraction were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with routine inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia by inhaling and sedation and should be used to remove wisdom teeth. In the control group, wisdom tooth extraction was performed after routine inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic pressure (DBP), heart rate, (HR), oxygen saturation (Sp O 2), pain degree (VSA score) and sedation degree (Ramsay score) were recorded during extraction of teeth. Results compared with the control group, the experimental group had better anaesthesia effect during tooth extraction, the pain degree was significantly reduced, and the change of SBP,DBP,HR,Sp O 2 was stable. Conclusion inhalation of nitrous oxide for analgesia and combined use of inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia for patients with wisdom tooth extraction surgery can significantly reduce the patient's fear during the operation, the patient's pain was significantly reduced. This is a safe anaesthesia method, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
