【摘要】：目的分析丙泊酚注射液、芬太尼與小劑量咪唑安定三種麻醉藥物在婦產(chǎn)科門診手術(shù)中的麻醉效果。方法選取我院婦產(chǎn)科門診的60例患者作為研究對象,將其隨機分為PF組和PFM組,每組30例。PF組使用丙泊酚復合芬太尼進行麻醉;PFM組在PF組的基礎(chǔ)上加用小劑量咪唑安定進行麻醉。監(jiān)測記錄兩組患者不同時間段的平均動脈壓(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸(RR)以及脈搏血氧飽和度(Sp O_2),并觀察兩組患者麻醉的藥物起效時間、手術(shù)時間、蘇醒時間及丙泊酚用量情況和不良反應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果兩組患者麻醉后的MAP、HR、RR及Sp O_2的最低值明顯低于麻醉前(P0.05);手術(shù)結(jié)束后PF組RR、Sp O_2值明顯低于PFM組(P0.05);兩組患者的麻醉起效時間、蘇醒時間,組間比較無明顯差異(P0.05);PFM組的丙泊酚用量明顯低于PF組(P0.05);兩組患者的術(shù)中體動、術(shù)后嗜睡、乏力、頭暈、惡心、嘔吐等不良反應發(fā)生率比較,無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論丙泊酚+芬太尼+小劑量咪唑安定用于婦產(chǎn)科門診的麻醉手術(shù)相比丙泊酚+芬太尼麻醉效果更佳,風險更低。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the anesthetic effect of propofol injection, fentanyl and low dose midazolam in outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods Sixty patients in gynecology and obstetrics clinic were randomly divided into PF group and PFM group with 30 cases in each group. PF group was anesthetized with propofol and fentanyl. PFM group was anesthetized with midazolam on the basis of PF group. Mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiration (RR) (RR) and Sp oxygen saturation (Sp O _ 2) were recorded in two groups at different time periods. The onset time of anaesthesia and the time of operation were observed. Recovery time, propofol dosage and adverse reactions. Results the minimum values of MAP,HR,RR and Sp O _ 2 after anesthesia in both groups were significantly lower than those before anesthesia (P0.05), RR,Sp _ O _ 2 in PF group after operation was significantly lower than that in PFM group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the onset time and recovery time of anesthesia (P0.05). The dosage of propofol in); PFM group was significantly lower than that in PF group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions such as body movement postoperative lethargy fatigue dizziness nausea and vomiting (P0.05). Conclusion propofol fentanyl low dose midazolam is more effective and less risky than propofol fentanyl anesthesia in gynecology and obstetrics outpatient.
