麻醉對羅非魚和金鯧魚離水;畹挠绊

【摘要】:本文以羅非魚和金鯧魚為實驗對象,采用二氧化碳和三卡因甲基磺酸鹽(MS-222)兩種麻醉劑對兩種魚進行麻醉然后離水;,研究了兩種麻醉劑對魚麻醉效果的影響,研究了麻醉對魚在離水;钪衅溲弘娊赓|(zhì)濃度、生化指標和皮質(zhì)醇的影響。論文研究結(jié)果如下: 在15℃時,高濃度二氧化碳麻醉(pH=5.6)的過程中,羅非魚進入麻醉階段最快,達到麻醉第三階段僅需171s。MS-222麻醉羅非魚時,入麻時間是隨著麻醉濃度的升高而縮短,復(fù)蘇則反之,但是當濃度大于100mg/L時,麻醉過程中魚的應(yīng)激性較大以及復(fù)蘇時間較長。結(jié)果表明二氧化碳有效麻醉濃度時的pH為5.6,MS-222有效麻醉濃度則是100mg/L。 羅非魚和金鯧魚經(jīng)高濃度二氧化碳和100mg/L的MS-222麻醉后,通過測定麻醉前、離水;钸\輸前后各項生理生化指標及血液指標的含量,結(jié)果表明:羅非魚血清中的乳酸和肌酐含量在麻醉離水;钸^程中都呈顯著性上升的趨勢,其血糖濃度在麻醉然后;畹倪^程中則是先上升后下降。羅非魚和金鯧魚血清中皮質(zhì)醇的含量在離水;钋昂缶酗@著性的變化。 通過探索麻醉劑濃度對羅非魚離水;顣r間的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)在15℃下,高濃度的二氧化碳和100mg/L的MS-222麻醉液對魚的離水保活時間最長,其離水;顣r間分別達到512min和537min。說明該濃度的麻醉劑是最優(yōu)的麻醉;顫舛,其能使魚在;钸^程中存活最久。因此,二氧化碳和MS-222都是較為理想的水產(chǎn)麻醉劑,能夠應(yīng)用于水產(chǎn)運輸中。
