【摘要】：目的:探討在小兒疝氣修補(bǔ)手術(shù)中應(yīng)用喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉的臨床效果。方法:選取本院2012年1月~2016年6月收治的小兒疝氣行手術(shù)修補(bǔ)治療的70例患者作為研究對(duì)象,將所有入選患兒按照麻醉方法的不同分為觀察組與對(duì)照組(各35例),觀察組應(yīng)用喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉,對(duì)照組行氣管插入導(dǎo)管,比較兩組臨床麻醉效果。結(jié)果:觀察組實(shí)施喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉后HR、MAP明顯優(yōu)于實(shí)施氣管插入導(dǎo)管的對(duì)照組,觀察組體動(dòng)和睜眼時(shí)間、完全清醒時(shí)間明顯低于對(duì)照組,組間差異顯著(P0.05);兩組患兒及其家屬對(duì)治療滿意度情況比較,觀察組總滿意率(94.3%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(77.1%),差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉在患兒疝氣修補(bǔ)手術(shù)中不影響其心率及平均動(dòng)脈壓,且能顯著減少完全清醒時(shí)間,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia for hernia repair in children. Methods: 70 children with hernia treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected as study subjects. According to different anesthetic methods, all the children were divided into observation group and control group (35 cases each). The observation group was treated with laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and the control group was treated with trachea catheter. Results: after laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, HR,MAP in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group with tracheal catheterization. The time of body movement and eye opening in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group (94.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.1%), and the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia has no effect on heart rate and mean arterial pressure during hernia repair in children.
