【摘要】：目的探討嬰幼兒快通道心臟麻醉中瑞芬太尼的應(yīng)用價值。方法選擇醫(yī)院住院診斷為先天性心臟病并擬行手術(shù)治療的患兒40例,包括室間隔缺損(VSD)及房間隔缺損(ASD),依據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將40例患兒隨機分成試驗組及對照組,各20例。分別觀察并記錄術(shù)后患兒不同時間點血流動力學指標、術(shù)后拔管時間及呼吸機使用時間。結(jié)果試驗組患兒不同時間點血流動力學指標與對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但試驗組患兒術(shù)后拔管時間及呼吸機使用時間均較對照組明顯縮短,且差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論瑞芬太尼對穩(wěn)定術(shù)中血流動力學效果明顯,可減輕患者的應(yīng)激反應(yīng),縮短拔管時間,在小兒心臟手術(shù)快通道麻醉中有良好的臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of remifentanil in fast channel cardiac anesthesia in infants. Methods A total of 40 children with congenital heart disease (CHD) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including ventricular septal defect (VSD) and atrial septal defect (ASD),). Each 20 cases. Hemodynamic indexes, extubation time and ventilator time were observed and recorded at different time points. Results there was no significant difference in hemodynamic indexes between the experimental group and the control group at different time points (P0.05), but the time of extubation and the use of ventilator in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion remifentanil has obvious effect on hemodynamics during stable operation, can reduce stress reaction and shorten extubation time, and has good clinical application value in fast channel anesthesia of pediatric cardiac surgery.
