【摘要】：目的探討椎管內(nèi)麻醉后寒戰(zhàn)反應的臨床相關(guān)影響因素。方法 1 500例椎管內(nèi)麻醉下行手術(shù)且術(shù)后回麻醉恢復室者,按有無寒戰(zhàn)反應發(fā)生分為寒戰(zhàn)組(n=734)和無寒戰(zhàn)組(n=766),記錄患者一般情況、鼓膜溫度、麻醉方式、麻醉阻滯平面、術(shù)中出血量及手術(shù)時間。結(jié)果兩組間年齡、性別、中心體溫、麻醉方式、麻醉平面、手術(shù)時間和術(shù)中出血量差異有統(tǒng)計學意義P0.05㖞,且與寒戰(zhàn)發(fā)生相關(guān)。結(jié)論年輕患者、男性患者、體溫下降、行蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔阻滯、麻醉平面過高大于等于胸8≥T8㖞、手術(shù)時間長、術(shù)中出血量過多為椎管內(nèi)麻醉患者術(shù)中或術(shù)后發(fā)生寒戰(zhàn)反應的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical influencing factors of shivering after intraspinal anesthesia. Methods 1 500 patients with spinal canal anesthesia were divided into two groups according to the occurrence of shivering reaction (nf734) and no shivering group (nf766).
