【摘要】：目的分析研究腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉與硬膜外麻醉在分娩鎮(zhèn)痛中臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法選取產(chǎn)婦96例,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對照組,各48例。對照組采取硬膜外麻醉,試驗(yàn)組采取腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉,對2組產(chǎn)婦在分娩鎮(zhèn)痛當(dāng)中的效果給予對比分析。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組鎮(zhèn)痛起效時(shí)間(3.6±0.8)min顯著短于對照組(6.2±1.1)min,試驗(yàn)組5 min、10 min、30 min、60 min、90 min視覺模擬評分分別為(3.3±0.5)、(1.2±0.3)、(1.1±0.4)、(1.9±0.2)、(1.8±0.4)分均低于對照組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論在臨床分娩過程當(dāng)中采取腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉的鎮(zhèn)痛效果顯著優(yōu)于硬膜外麻醉,并且鎮(zhèn)痛起效時(shí)間明顯要比硬膜外麻醉時(shí)間短,使產(chǎn)婦舒適度明顯提高,具有臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in labor analgesia. Methods 96 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized by epidural anesthesia, and the experimental group by combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Results the onset time of analgesia in the trial group was (3.6 鹵0.8) min significantly shorter than that in the control group (6.2 鹵1.1). The visual analogue score for 5 min,10 min,30 min,60 min,90 min in the experimental group was (3.3 鹵0.5), (1.2 鹵0.3, respectively. The scores of (1.1 鹵0.4), (, 1.9 鹵0.2), (, 1.8 鹵0.4) were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the analgesic effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is better than that of epidural anesthesia in the course of clinical delivery, and the onset time of analgesia is shorter than that of epidural anesthesia.
