【摘要】：目的探討右美托咪定復(fù)合丙泊酚在老年患者胃鏡檢查術(shù)麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取我院2014年7月至2015年6月行胃鏡檢查術(shù)患者92例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組與觀察組。對照組僅采用丙泊酚麻醉,觀察組采用右美托咪定復(fù)合丙泊酚麻醉。結(jié)果兩組患者手術(shù)時(shí)間對比無明顯差異(P0.05);觀察組患者蘇醒時(shí)間為(6.3±1.2)min,短于對照組的(9.5±1.1)min,且觀察組患者丙泊酚用量為(1.1±0.3)mg/kg,低于對照組的(2.3±0.5)mg/kg,對比具有顯著差異(P0.05);觀察組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為10.87%,低于對照組的39.13%,且觀察組患者術(shù)中體動(dòng)反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于對照組,對比差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論右美托咪定復(fù)合丙泊酚在老年患者胃鏡檢查術(shù)麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果顯著,具有較高臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetomidine combined with propofol on gastroscopic anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods 92 patients undergoing gastroscopy from July 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was only anesthetized with propofol, while the observation group was treated with dexmetomidine combined with propofol. Results there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P0.05). The recovery time of patients in the observation group was (6.3 鹵1.2) min, shorter than that in the control group (9.5 鹵1.1) min, and the dosage of propofol in the observation group was (1.1 鹵0.3) mg/kg, lower than that in the control group (2.3 鹵0.5) mg/kg,. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.87, which was lower than that in the control group (39.13%), and the performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of dexmetomidine combined with propofol on gastroscopic anesthesia in elderly patients is significant and has high clinical value.
