【摘要】：正患者,女,22歲,血型O型Rh D陽性,診斷"慢性腎衰、尿毒癥",正規(guī)腹透一年。入院時(shí)慢性病容,BP 160/105mm Hg,HR 86次/分,心界稍擴(kuò)大;Hb 67g/L,RBC 2.15×1012/L,血尿素氮(BUN)14.65mmol/L,肌酐(CREA)1 076μmol/L,K+3.39mmol/L;B超示雙腎萎縮。供體為其母親,47歲,血型B型Rh D陽性,無特殊病史;術(shù)前常規(guī)檢查無特
[Abstract]:Female, 22 years old, O type Rh D positive, diagnosed as chronic renal failure, uremia, regular peritoneal dialysis for one year. On admission, BP 160/105mm Hg,HR was 86 times / min, cardiac boundary was slightly enlarged, Hb 67 g / L RBC 2.15 脳 10 12 / L, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) 14.65 mmol / L, creatinine (CREA) 1 076 渭 mol/L,K 3.39 mmol / L, B ultrasound showed bilateral renal atrophy.
